If you are a lower light level and want to do the raid, please join any of the Normal Mode raids as a reserve even if they are full. Some of the more experienced people will run normal mode on their alts if there are not enough people to make a team, but they would be willing to step aside to let a newer player do the raid to make sure everyone gets a shot at the raid gear.
