A Destiny 2 clan is worth exactly as much as its activity. These are rosters recruiting now, with the sessions they are running attached.
What to look for in a Destiny 2 clan
Three things, in order. Does it play in your timezone — a clan of a hundred people who all raid while you are asleep is a clan of zero people. Does it run the content you want, since a Crucible clan and a raid clan share almost nothing. And is it actually running anything right now, which is the question a member count cannot answer.
Destiny's in-game clans cap at 100 Guardians, and the ones that work are rarely the ones sitting at the cap. A clan of twenty who reliably field a raid team on a Saturday is worth more than a full roster that has not scheduled anything in a month.
Since Bungie retired its own web Groups pages in July 2025, and with no new content driving recruitment waves, clans that are still recruiting are doing it deliberately. That is a reasonable signal.

How many members can a Destiny 2 clan have?
In-game Destiny 2 clans hold up to 100 Guardians. Bigger is not better — what matters is how many of them are online when you are, and whether anyone is organising raids. A smaller clan with a standing raid night beats a full roster with an empty schedule.
How do I find a Destiny 2 clan that is recruiting?
Browse the clans on this page, filter to your platform, and look for rosters with recent posted sessions rather than the largest member counts. Then join one and turn up to something in the first week — clans keep the members who show up early, and Guardians who lurk for a month usually drift off regardless of which clan they picked.
