307/8 Titan, 305/6 Hunter, 304/5 Warlock. I use all sub-classes and the variance in level is best gear and lower level gear I use mostly. House of Wolves killed off my fireteam and need some decent people to raid and nightfall with to get past the solo player wall in the quests

If the game is full, players who join the Waitlist are next in line for invites if there is a no-show. The waitlist # is the order they joined the waitlist and the order you should invite them in.
